RESIDENTIAL COTTAGES
One of Chandler Hall's best kept secrets are the 4 Loft Apartments and 6 Cottages. The Cottages are available to seniors looking for an independent apartment style living within a retirement community. The monthly rate is very reasonable after an 85% refundable entry fee.

The Cottages at Chandler Hall
These spacious apartments consist of 2 bedrooms and 2 baths and vary in size from 1190-1350 square feet. All Cottages have full kitchens. The Cottages are fully applianced, including Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, Microwave, Stove and Refrigerator. The Cottages are all one floor accomodations with a carport in the front of the home. Although meals are not included, a meal plan is available for an additional fee. The entry fee for each Cottage is available upon request.

There are a limited number of Cottage apartments. The fee structure for the Cottages requires an 85% refundable entry fee plus a monthly fee. Entry Fees depend upon the size and style of the apartment. The monthly cost varies according to the style of the unit. These lovely residences are located on the Sycamore Street side of the Chandler Hall campus.
